Lake Louise II

Even though it was the latter half of September these beautiful flowers were growing in front of the Fairmont Hotel at Lake Louise.  I looked on their web site (not a lot) and the cheapest room I saw was $350/night for 2 people and that was if you paid ahead.  Otherwise the rate was $470/night.  After taking pictures of the flowers we hiked to the other end of the lake where I took the last picture.

Here is beautiful Lake Louise.  There is really not much to say except if you are ever close you don't want to miss it.  As you can see from the pictures we took a hike up to a place where we were overlooking the lake. I'll bet we stayed there for 20 minutes just enjoying the scenery.
