Barns and more barns

All of these barns are near Macomb, IL where our daughter went to grad school.  As you can see the barns are taken care of really well.

I few of the barns that we saw in IL when moving Allison. Seems like there are a lot of barns in that area with some that are really kept up well.

The top barn looks like it may have been a small barn and they decided to make it bigger by building another barn over it.

Barns and houses

These are some quick shots I got of some barns and an old houses the last time I was in TN. The top picture was our next door neighbors house. Rose will tell you that they were odd people. You might go in their house and a plow would be sitting in one of the rooms. As a matter of fact I think they always kept the plow in their house along with the harness for their horse....now that is odd. :) They would sit and listen to the radio at night and have only one 40 watt light turned on to save electricity.
