Hawaii shore

Water churning on the coastline of Hawaii. A lot of people think the ocean is peaceful but I've always thought it was like a raging bull with the water churning on the beach while the last big wave is retreating. From afar, I think it is serene and peaceful but not up close.

Trail to lookout

All these pictures were taken from the same lookout point in Hawaii. It was a pretty steep hike to get there and if you enlarge the last photo you can see people on the trail coming up to the lookout. If you like flowers you would love Hawaii because beautiful flowers are everywhere. However, I don't think I would want to live there because I think I would get the feeling that I was in a cage since even the biggest island is not very big.
