Final leg

First, let me apologize for putting up so many pictures but I wanted to finish the blogs for this trip today.  The final leg of the trip we drove the Beartooth Highway in Wyoming.  These are pictures along the way.
Our beautiful, wonderful daughter posing in front of water running off a hill.
Stop along the road looking back at the road just traveled.

Another stop along the way.
We just happened to see Mr. Moose and stopped.  Since I can't speak elk and moose like Betsy I didn't ask any questions. :)
It was kind of cool that day and this picture looks like it was cool.
A little lake along the way formed by melting snow.
If you look closely you can see the road.  I believe we're just getting ready to travel it.

I've seen more pictures than this on blogs, and anyway, these were all justified! They are all so cool that I can't pick a favorite! Perhaps they should have named it Moosetooth Highway!

I'm glad you posted all of these pictures. They are all wonderful, and I've enjoyed seeing this part of the country through your photos. Perhaps you should have taken Betsy along so she could interpret Mr. Moose for you!

Oh how I love seeing that 'water running off a hill'... Is that NEAL language for a waterfall?????? ha ha

George is right. You need to take me along to interpret the elk and moose languages for you!!!!!!

Have a great day.

I finally got the chance this morning to sit down and go back and see what all I had missed here.
You have truly captured America the beautiful in all your posts.
I love the rainbow/waterfall shot below. It's beautiful.
And, your daughter has a most lovely smile!
Should you decide to take Betsy along I want to go too. I won't say a word. You'll hardly know I'm there. :)
