Day 4

This picture was obviously taken at Anchor Point, AK and if you'll notice it says it's North America's most western highway.


They take boats in and out of the water here. It's interesting how they do it....with a tractor that they back way out in the water.





I think these guys were waiting on lunch. I'll bet there were 50-70 of them sitting on the beach. It was raining slightly when we were there and so I couldn't move around a lot with my camera. We were under a little shelter when I took these pictures.

Great pictures, Neal.... I didn't know that you all went that far WEST on your trip... Was it cold that day??? It looks cold. Bet those little birds will wait a long time for lunch!!!! ha

I guess that's one way to get a boat in and out of the water. Does the tractor guy stand by all day?
