These pictures of the Golden Gate bridge in SF don't do it justice. The area around it was fixed up beautifully. I was watching the show "Dirty Jobs" a while back and the guy was walking the suspension cables (the cables that run to the top of the towers that support the weight of the bridge) changing light bulbs. I would dearly love to walk along the top of that ... with my camera of course.

Beautiful pictures, Neal..I've been there was I was 10 yrs. old --so obviously, I don't remember much about it. Guess I need to add it to my already LONG list. Ha!
We're going to be gone a couple of days--celebrating Valentine's Day doing some 'waterfalling'...
Happy Valentine's Day,
Betsy
Love that second shot...
Great pictures of that bridge...would love to be walking across it right now!! lol so sunny and nice!!
I saw that show - love the show too.
I can't fathom changing bulbs when I can't even imagine walking on the walkway all the way across.
What a beautiful sight that bridge is! No way would I want to be walking on any cables with a camera. lol. I would like to walk across the bridge though.
The camera & ropes tied to every single inch of the body, so you don't fall!!!!!!!!
Happy Valentine's Day!
I've never been to San Francisco, but I would love to see that beautiful bridge in person. I'm not sure I would want to walk the cables, however! In the meantime thanks for the neat pictures.
