Here's a few of the pictures I took last weekend when we caught and tagged owls. It was an interesting experience. To see more Camera Critters click here.
Hi Neal. Welcome to Camera Critters. You've got some dramatic photos to start with! That's funny (to me) how they used a machine to broadcast male owl calls. Shalom to you all from Jerusalem.
This a great series of photos! He looks like he is ok with you petting him. I would love to find an owl in the wild to photograph! What a great job to have, tagging owls! :)
Love these photos. I can imagine what a memorable experience that was. I really love the photo of the owl looking straight at the camera with big eyes that remind me of one of my cats.
In your Today's Flowers post, there are some great shots. The blue one is my favorite because it is so unusual (at least to me).
In the Barns & Houses post, I guess I have to be somewhat surprised by the plow in the house, but where my dad grew up, such things would not surprise me at all.
And the Yellowstone Falls are wonderful. It IS quite difficult to capture that falls and show it's real grandeur. Unless you've been there, you just can't understand how big it is.

It almost looks like he enjoyed the petting...I would've thought he'd be wrestling to be let go. Thanks for sharing these shots!
