End of the day

We got to Glacier National Park late in the day so we didn't get to explore much.  We essentially just drove through the park and the follow pictures are a sample of what we saw.
There were two or three bighorn sheep right along the road so we stopped and took some pictures of them.

The picture above shows a good view of the road as it winds around the mountain.

This is a picture of St Mary's lake.  As you can see the light is fading so it's not a very good picture.

The shot above and below are on the Many Glacier road where we were staying. Pictures like this is where I need a tripod because I cannot hold the camera still enough for the pictures to be good and sharp.

I think you got some great end of the day photos. I really like your sunsets. I hope we can get to Glacier next year.

Great shots that show just how you saw it. I like that.

The first picture is my favorite, it does not even LOOK like a wooly sheep!!!! More like a goat.

Lovely pictures. Those horns look real strong.

Just got back from a trip to Glacier, Yellowstone and Canadian Rockies. Great shot of the Bighorn sheep. We didn't see any wildlife up close like that except for one elk.

Beautiful country! The Rockies were my favorite.
