Down home pictures

This was taken just out the road from my younger brother's house.

The above picture, along with the three below, were taken at my older brother's house. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous.

The picture above and below are where a house that Rose lived in and loved once stood.  As you can see someone burnt it down.

The above house is about 300 to 400 feet from the one that burned and is where my oldest sister was born. My mom and dad lived in that house for a while.  My grandpa and grandma lived in the one that burned when mom and dad lived in the one above.

It's a shame that your old house was burned down. But at least nothing can destroy the memories. The phlox at your older brother's house is gorgeous.

Oh My, Neal. Don't think I've seen these photos... Awesome. I know it's hard to see your old home GONE... Too bad that someone burned it, SAD....

Love the PHLOX.. Hope ours blooms soon....

Hugs,
Betsy

This is a sweet little house and I bet it looked wonderful in it's heyday. The red tree blooms, what are they, I have never seen them, so beautiful! I have never seen any red tree blossoms!

Fabulous flower beds. Wish I had them in my garden. Lovely rustic old house with a family connection. Great stuff.
