I don't know how many of you have been to the New River bridge in WV but I really enjoy going to that area.  It's fun just driving there and seeing how the people in the rural areas of WV live. The New River bridge is also fun to see and you can tell from the photos below. As you can tell from the photos below we drove down in the canyon below the bridge.  As George and Betsy can tell you it is a beautiful drive with waterfalls along the way.

Neal, did you know they have a Bridge Day in the fall when people bungee jump off the bridge?
So glad you got to experience some of the beauty of my world. :)

So you played it safe and drove under instead of over, I don't blame you!! Is it really a new bridge?

You got some great pictures of the new bridge from down in the canyon. That drive down and back is fascinating. Thanks for bringing back some happy memories.

That bridge is something else! I wonder how old it is. Will have to try to think and look it up.
