National Parks Road

All of these pictures are from the National Parks Road that goes towards Cosby, TN from the Maggie Valley, NC area.  This is a two way road so you can go in from either side.  We were past prime as far as the leaves but it was still very pretty.

I really want to travel this road sometime. Your pictures are really wonderful, even if the autumn color was past its prime. Wouldn't it be neat too have that cabin in your last picture?

well, yes, it is past it's best color, but still so much color in the first picture, and some of the others. I love that last picture of the little cabin with the fence leading up to it.

Autumn is such a delightful time of year, so full of gorgeous colours!

I especially like the last photo with the fence leading the eye to the cabin.
