After the Blue Ridge Parkway we went to the Cherohala Skyway in NC and TN. At higher elevations the pictures below show what we saw. It was gorgeous. My biggest regret is that Betsy and George weren't there. I know how Betsy loves snow and she would have really enjoyed both the BRP and this road.

Wow, these are fantastic!! Betsy would have been breathless!!! Is this frost, not snow? You even captured a diamond way up in the top of that tree!!!
These pictures just reminded me why I love winter. The beauty is spectacular. I may need to be reminded of the beauty aspect of winter when it gets really cold and stormy.

These pictures are absolutely gorgeous. You did a marvelous job with these. Betsy definitely would have been in heaven if she could have been there.
