San Francisco area
All the following pictures except the last one are pictures of the San Francisco/Oakland area. They are not really good pictures because it was so hazy/smoggy that they aren't clear. However, you can still see the area well enough to see how it is situated. San Francisco is a beautiful city as cities go but it's too crowed and expensive for me so I would never consider living there.
This is where we were when the previous pictures were taken.

Thanks for posting these pictures. While I have seen many pictures of San Francisco taken in the city, I haven't seen many of the surrounding area (except for the Golden Gate bridge). I enjoyed these panoramic photos showing San Francisco and the bay around it.

Well, I was going to ask where on earth you were when you took these pictures, but I see it now. Do I even want to know how you got up there? Yikes! I hope you have a blessed and peaceful New Year, Neal!!
Holy Cow---Two blogs in one day???? Yipes!!!! I cannot even find time for one blog per day... ha ha
I visited San Francisco when I was 8 and the ONLY thing I remember is going up or down that steep street... My brother got married near there --and my parents and I rode the train all the way out there and back to VA....Wish I had have been older --since I would have appreciated that trip much more.
