Vacation 2007

These pictures are all from our vacation in 2007. Our destination that year was Yellowstone National Park but we wanted to see more than the park so we flew into Billings, MT. We picked up our car and head west but not on the interstate. The pictures below are from one of our stops along the way. I wish it was possible to capture how beautiful it really was with a camera but it isn't. However, using your imagination maybe you can get a better idea.

I love wildflowers better than cultivated flowers, even dandelions! So this would be heaven to me! Did you drive down that path, I see the two tire lanes. Your header is lovely!

Looks a little like the Texas Bluebonnets... We used to drive from Houston to the hill country near Brenham --to see the wildflowers every April... I need to find those pictures. We saw Bluebonnets, Evening Primrose and one other --can't think of the name right now. They were gorgeous wildflowers --just like the ones you posted. Thanks, Neil.

Thanks for sharing these beautiful wildflowers with us. I know it is difficult to capture the beauty of a field of flowers, but you did a great job.

I should be in the middle of that field twirling my skirt and singing the hills are alive....
