Denali National Park

Here are a few pictures from Denali National Park in Alaska. We took the bus ride all the way back to Wonder Lake which is as far as you can go. I sure would love to drive into the park in an automobile but that's not a choice.

Gorgeous pictures! I know how hard it is to get good photos from a bus -- it never seems to stop at the right point! But you did great at getting these.

WOW----gorgeous pictures. I do want to go there someday (sooner than later).. One of my sons worked in Alaska for a couple of years. He did a backpacking trip ALONE one time.. I wasn't scared for him though since it was a state park and he had to sign-in, etc. He's a real outdoor person like his Mom.

You certainly have seen some gorgeous places and gotten great pictures. Beats the snow in Indiana, huh???? ha

I was looking at that road and thinking how nice that would be - like being in your own little world.
You had to burst my bubble didn't you - no cars - :( LOL!
Gosh it is gorgeous. I'm glad really for no cars. It's controlled and better left as much to natural as it can be.
