All these pictures were taken from the same lookout point in Hawaii. It was a pretty steep hike to get there and if you enlarge the last photo you can see people on the trail coming up to the lookout. If you like flowers you would love Hawaii because beautiful flowers are everywhere. However, I don't think I would want to live there because I think I would get the feeling that I was in a cage since even the biggest island is not very big.

You climbed Diamond Head didn't you! Me too - oh man those steps. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I did it twice but I couldn't do it now. Ah youth! :)

That hike was definitely worth it! Wonderful photos. The color of the ocean is amazing.
