Snow oddities

I know winter is over but I happened to run up on these pictures that I took a 4-5 years ago and thought I would share them. If I recall correctly the snow figures are called snow-rollers and they only happen about ever 100 years according to the weathermen here. They look like bales of hay (round bales of course) but are hollow in the center. They were laying everywhere. Okay that's all I'm going to say about winter....I'm ready to forget it and enjoy spring.

Hi Neil
ha! I have to admit, I thought this was an early April Fools gag.. I checked the date, then googled.
Seems I'm the fool and April as not even begun yet...

I came across this if others are interested.
