I've always just loved the mountains so when I go any place that has mountains I go overboard taking pictures (aren't digital cameras great :) ). When we were in Alaska the last time I got a beautiful shot of Mt. Denali (McKinley). Normally the mountain is visible around 15-20 percent of the times. It's normally covered with clouds. However, one day when we were there it was visible the whole day and even the next morning.
There are some beautiful Russian churches in Alaska like the one in the picture. We're headed back to Alaska this year for the 3rd time. However, this time we're taking a cruise from Vancouver to Whittier, Alaska. Hopefully, we'll get some more memorable shots. All I know for sure is that we'll come back with a lot of pictures.
